I am 17 years old, 18 in 5 months, but Ive been looking into a tattoo for over a year now. I know exactly what I want.. Two words on my rib cage. What tattoo studios will tattoo me, if I have parental permission?
i don’t know about alberta, but most places won’t tattoo you if you are under 18 no matter what. just wait 5 months, it may take you that long to find a place anyway.
